NEW SCHOOL SHENS RAISE SCHEDULE

Retroactive and Wage Increases  (Article XXII: General Wages)
 
GENERAL WAGE PROVISIONS

1. Retroactive Payments: SHS professional staff, who were employed by the University inbargaining unit positions as of January 1, 2019 or January 1, 2020, shall receive a retroactivepayment for the general wage increase of 2019 and 2020.
   1. For those employed as set forth above on January 1, 2019, the retroactive wageincrease shall be 2.5% of the employee’s base salary for 2019.
   2. For those employed as set forth above on January 1, 2020, the retroactive wageincrease shall be 2.5% of the employee’s base salary for 2020. 
2. Both of the above referenced payments will be made by December 31, 2020. Effective June 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, temporary, tiered salary reductions for employeesshall be as follows:
   1. Employees earning less than $75,000 per year: 0% reduction
   2. Employees earning between $75,001 and $150,000 per year: 3% reduction

 

1. Effective July 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021, the temporary salary reductions shall be removed unless extended upon notice.

 

1. Effective January 1, 2022, employees shall receive a zero (0%) increase or whatever non- unionadministrative employees receive, whichever is greater.

 

1. Effective January 1, 2023, employees shall receive 2.5% or whatever non-unionadministrative employees receive, whichever is greater.
